Who we are

This website is operated by 665 Lounge Kitchen and Bar, 665 Bronson Ave, Ottawa, ON K1S 4E7 ("we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted once payment is confirmed and you receive an order number. We may decline or cancel an order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, the delivery address is outside our area, or we suspect fraud.

Scheduled orders are prepared for the time slot you choose. Times are estimates in Eastern Time and may vary with weather, traffic and kitchen volume.

Prices, taxes and fees

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Ontario HST (13%) and any delivery or service fees are shown before you pay, in line with the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 requirement to disclose the total price.

Tips are optional and go to our team.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our ordering and payment partners (RyvePool and Stripe). We never see or store your full card number.

Pickup and delivery

Delivery is available within the Ottawa–Gatineau area. Please provide an accurate address and a phone number we can reach. If a driver cannot reach you, the order may be left at the door or returned, and may not be refundable.

Alcohol

Where alcohol is sold, it is subject to the Ontario Liquor Licence and Control Act, 2019. You must be 19 or older. Valid government photo ID is required at pickup or delivery, and we will refuse service to anyone underage or visibly intoxicated.

Cancellations and refunds

Because food is perishable and made to order, orders cannot be cancelled once preparation has started. To cancel a scheduled order, call (613) 237-1513 as early as possible.

If something is missing, wrong or not prepared to standard, contact us right away at (613) 237-1513 and we will make it right with a replacement, credit or refund.

Allergies

Please read our Allergy & Dietary Notice before ordering. You are responsible for telling us about allergies in your order notes and by phone.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Ontario Consumer Protection Act, 2002 or other consumer laws that cannot be waived.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
