Privacy Policy

Last updated October 6, 2026

How we collect, use and protect your personal information under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).

Our commitment

665 Lounge Kitchen and Bar follows the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and its fair information principles. We collect only what we need to fill your order and serve you.

What we collect

Name, phone number and email address — to confirm your order and send your receipt.

Delivery address and order notes — to prepare and deliver your food.

Order details and amounts. Card details are entered directly with our payment processor; we do not receive them.

Basic technical data (device, browser, pages visited) used to keep the site working and secure.

How we use it

To process, prepare, deliver and support your order; to answer your questions; to prevent fraud; and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We will only send marketing emails with your express consent, as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us run orders: RyvePool (ordering and delivery dispatch), Stripe (payments), and our address lookup provider (OpenStreetMap / Photon) which receives the address text you type. These providers may store data outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to local law.

Retention and security

We keep order records as long as needed for the order and for tax and accounting requirements (generally up to 7 years under Canada Revenue Agency rules), then delete them. We use reasonable safeguards such as encrypted connections and restricted access.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or withdraw consent for use of your personal information by calling (613) 237-1513 or visiting us at 665 Bronson Ave, Ottawa, ON K1S 4E7. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca).
